MAT Case Manager (Los Angeles Office)
The Case Manager will provide intensive case management and treatment navigation services for youth impacted by substance use and incarceration.
This role focuses on connecting young people—particularly those exiting juvenile detention—to Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT), recovery supports, and holistic wellness resources. The Case Manager will use a trauma-informed, culturally affirming approach to reduce stigma, address barriers to care, and promote long-term stability and recovery.

Housing Navigator (Los Angeles Office)
Under the direct supervision of the Program Supervisor, the Housing Navigator is responsible for connecting with landlords with affordable housing and connecting clients with permanent housing.
The housing navigator is to identify permanent housing for participants in Inspire Together qualifying participants. The housing navigator works directly with Case Managers and other service providers who have screened participants for housing including employment and income. The housing navigator is responsible for locating housing options, developing relationships with landlords and property management companies as well as facilitating the application process along with the CM and participant. They will assist the case manager with housing selection, budgeting and finding needed low-income supportive services in the community.

The Employment Specialist plays a key role in helping individuals overcome barriers to employment by providing job readiness training, career counseling, and job placement assistance.
This position involves working closely with clients, employers, and community partners to develop career pathways and sustainable employment opportunities. Using a trauma-informed, harm-reduction, and youth-development approach, the Outreach Specialist works as a first point of contact in the Coordinated Entry System (CES), guiding participants through the intake process and assisting them in accessing the housing and care continuum—from crisis intervention to permanent supportive housing.
