Our San Bernardino location offers both outreach services and the Second Chance Reentry Program for formerly incarcerated or justice-involved youth. Key offerings include:
Case management and reentry planning
Substance use prevention education

This office also serves as a regional support hub for program delivery across San Bernardino County
CalVIP Violence Reduction Program for gang- and justice-involved youth, basic needs, housing , mentorship and wrap around services

Inspire Together is a nonprofit organization focused on providing youth services across Los Angeles and San Bernardino County. We support youth through housing, employment, and community-based programs including pre-apprentice training, transitional living, emergency shelter, life skills, essential resources like meals, clothing, substance abuse and counseling assistance.

We offer a broad range of support that includes:
YouthBuild Program – A hands-on, trade-based learning experience for young individuals interested in construction and related fields.
Drop-In Center Access – Hot meals, clothing, hygiene products, transportation assistance, housing referrals, emergency housing, personalized case management, and other essential needs.
Life Skills Programs – Workshops on financial literacy, job readiness, communication, emotional resilience, health & wellness, time management, and problem-solving.
Employment & Education Services – Resume building, interview prep, job matching, school enrollment help, FAFSA support, financial assistance for trade schools, budgeting, and referrals.
Housing & Rental Assistance – Transitional housing (up to 18 months) and emergency housing referrals with case management and wraparound services.
Reentry and Outreach Services – Case management, Second Chance reentry programs, CalVIP violence reduction, mentorship, and other community-based supports.

The YouthBuild program is a hands-on, trade-based learning experience for young individuals interested in construction and related careers. It combines technical training, mentorship, and personal development to empower youth with real-world skills, professional confidence, and a clear path forward in the trades.

Inspire Together has an annual back pack giveaway where they support over 500 youth yearly with school supplies.

Participants in YouthBuild gain hands-on training, Certified in HBI-Pack, mentorship, life skills, job development and a clear career path in the trades. Other programs include Transitional Living Program,, tailored pre & post re-entry services, case management, job readiness and development, Mat treatment, rental assistance, hot meals, transportation, clothing, hygiene support, housing referrals, life skills, education and job support, and long-term stability through permanent housing, mental health and substance abuse services.
