Pathways to Independence (TLP)

Pathways to Independence is Inspire Together’s Transitional Living Program (TLP), providing safe, supportive housing and comprehensive wrap‑around services for underserved youth and young adults ages 18–22 who are experiencing homelessness, housing instability, or other barriers to independence.

The program offers up to 18 months of housing in Apple Valley, CA, serving San Bernardino County. Through individualized case management, life‑skills development, and employment and education support, participants receive the tools and guidance needed to transition toward stable, self‑sufficient adulthood.

The TLP model emphasizes empowerment, accountability, and growth—helping each participant build confidence, strengthen daily living skills, and establish a foundation for long‑term success beyond program completion.
