Pathways  to  Home

Pathways  to  Home provides transitional rental housing support for justice‑impacted young adults ages 18–26 in Los  Angeles  County who have been released from custody within the past 18 months. The program helps participants remove immediate barriers to stability by offering safe, short‑term housing and hands‑on assistance to secure permanent homes. Through individualized case management and wrap‑around support, Pathways to Home empowers young adults to rebuild their lives, maintain housing, and reduce the risk of re‑incarceration.
