Position Summary:
The Program Manager is responsible for the planning, implementation, oversight, and evaluation of Inspire Together's core programs and services. This individual ensures program alignment with organizational goals, manages staff and volunteers, and cultivates community partnerships to enhance service delivery. The Program Manager will play a key role in driving impact, maintaining quality, and supporting team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Oversight & Development
Design, plan, and manage programs that support Inspire Together’s mission and strategic objectives.
Ensure program compliance with grant requirements, internal policies, and quality standards.
Monitor program data, outcomes, and reporting metrics to assess effectiveness and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with leadership to innovate and expand services based on community needs.
Team Supervision & Support
Supervise, train, and support program supervisors, case managers, outreach workers, and interns.
Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Foster a trauma-informed, culturally inclusive, and collaborative team culture.
Community & Stakeholder Engagement
Cultivate and maintain relationships with schools, social service agencies, and community organizations.
Represent Inspire Together at community events, meetings, and stakeholder convenings.
Work with the Executive Director to develop and sustain funding and partnership opportunities.
Administrative & Compliance Duties
Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports, case notes, and documentation.
Support grant writing and evaluation efforts by providing program data and narratives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
3–5 years of experience managing nonprofit programs or teams in a social service setting.
Strong knowledge of issues facing at-risk and system-impacted youth and families.
Demonstrated experience with program evaluation, data analysis, and reporting.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, community-driven environment.
