    Transitional Housing 18 months transitional living program, which offers employment, education, mental health, substance abuse and the overall focus is independence.

    This site operates a drop-in center serving youth at risk of homelessness, trafficking, and housing instability. Services include:

    • Housing navigation, food, hygiene kits

    • Substance use and human trafficking prevention workshops

    • Outreach to run away and homeless youth, foster care systems, probation, group homes, and underserved neighborhoods

    • Community outreach, engagement

    Home to our Transitional Living Program (TLP), this location provides up to 18 months of housing and wraparound services for youth facing homelessness or housing instability. Youth receive:

    Case management and trauma-informed care

    Education, employment, and life skills support

    Mental health services and family reunification assistance

    Our San Bernardino location offers both outreach services and the Second Chance Reentry Program for formerly incarcerated or justice-involved youth. Key offerings include:

    Case management and reentry planning

    Substance use prevention education

    Community outreach and prevention workshops

    Connections to housing, workforce, and behavioral health services

    This office also serves as a regional support hub for program delivery across San Bernardino County

    CalVIP Violence Reduction Program for gang- and justice-involved youth, basic needs, housing , mentorship and wrap around services
